After years of watching clients rush through appointments, wary of being oversold and too tired to enjoy the process, Courtney created Abōde: a space where women can slow down, feel genuinely cared for, and leave with both peace of mind and lasting results.
A trained injector with a background in family medicine and training in hormone health and functional wellness, her approach blends medical insight with an intuitive understanding of integrative care.

Originally from East Grand Forks, Minnesota, Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead and brings a natural passion for wellness, beauty, and meaningful connection to the space.
As our Client Coordinator, Haley is often the first face to greet you when you arrive at Abōde. From helping you feel at home the moment you walk through our doors to assisting with scheduling, memberships, and coordinating your visits, she is dedicated to creating a seamless and elevated experience for every guest.
